Privacy policy
This policy covers squadmates.com, the website, which Agentifiers operates. It does not cover the Squadmates software. A self-hosted or white-glove install runs in your AWS account, and this website never sees its data. Managed plans are covered by our agreement with you.
What we collect
This site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies, and no analytics or advertising scripts. We do not track you across other websites.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of each request. These logs keep the site running and secure, and the provider deletes them after a limited period.
If you write to hello@squadmates.com or privacy@squadmates.com, we receive your address and whatever you send. We use it to reply, to scope an install or managed access if you ask about one, and to keep a record of the conversation. Please keep secrets and sensitive personal data out of email.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run this site and our email, such as our hosting provider and our email provider. They handle it on our behalf. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep email as long as we need it to answer you and manage any work that follows. If we do not end up working together, we delete it once it is no longer useful, and sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email privacy@squadmates.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. Depending on where you live, local law may give you more rights, and we will honor them.
Changes
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
